Warranty

We at Sure-Grip guarantee 100% satisfaction.  We rigorously test all of our products to ensure the product is perfect.  However, if you are unsatisfied with an item or believe there is a defective part, we do have a detailed warranty policy. 

All Sure-Grip products and sub-branded products have a 90-day limited warranty from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. 

All Sure-Grip products are designed to work in the manner they were intended for.  Using Sure-Grip products in any other fashion can and will void any warranty.  The use of another item (Sure-Grip or otherwise) in conjunction with our own, it was not originally designed for, can and will void any warranty.  For example, using another brand's skate truck with one of our plates will void all warranties.  Changing the geometry of the truck via different cushion sizes will void all warranties.  Adding to or modifying a Sure-Grip product will void any warranty.  Using any FoMac product outside or in a facility that cannot support it will void any warranty.  If you have any questions about this warranty, please contact us for more information.  If you have any questions about the use of our products, please contact us for more information.

Any and all warranty issues will be addressed directly with Sure-Grip.  If, for any reason, you feel the product is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via email skates@suregrip.com.  Please explain what is wrong with the product.  In some cases, our customer service staff can troubleshoot the problem, and you will be skating again in no time.  Any and all warranty product situations must be sent back to Sure-Grip for inspection (at your expense), upon which we will determine if the product qualifies for a warranty repair or replacement (we will ship back to you at our expense).  All International warranty claims will be dealt with in the same way as above, but return shipping will be at your expense.  Normal wear and tear is not covered under this warranty.  Any adjustments or alterations will void any warranty, if we can determine that the adjustment or modification cause the malfunction.  Please contact us prior to shipping any product back to receive instructions on how to do so.
