Shipping policy

All products will ship via FedEx UPS unless otherwise requested (fees may apply). FedEx is our preferred shipping option, any items shipped using a different carrier and lost or stolen will be at your expense.  Shipping processing can take up to 24 hours plus any additional time due to payment issues and or address verification.  All orders placed before 1:00 PM PST will typically ship the same day depending on size and we reserve the right to hold an order and ship the following day, all express orders MUST be placed before 1:00 PM to ensure shipping the same day. If an order needs extra attention please give us a call immediately to discuss options to ensure package delivery.  Shipping transit times are approximations and can be delayed due to weather or other factors out of our control.  If you are looking for express next day shipping please let us know via messages and we will do our best to accommodate.  For International orders please contact us first to ensure that we can fulfill the order.
