Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Your return might include a restocking fee.  

Exceptions:

Sale Items: Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned. All sales of discounted items are final.

International customers:  We will honor returns for international customers but shipping will be at your expense. 

How to Initiate a Return:

Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team here.  Please include your order number in the message for faster processing. 
Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions on how to proceed.
Return Shipment: Ship the item back to us within the 30-day return period.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
